An Overview of EB-5
Click on a section below to learn more about the EB-5 program.
+ What is EB-5?
EB-5 is an investment based immigration program where foreign investors who invest in the United States and create jobs for American workers can achieve permanent residency or a “Green Card“.
+ What are the eb-5 visa requirements?
Foreign investors must meet specific United States Citizenship and Immigration (USCIS) requirements to obtain their permanent residency through the EB-5 visa program. The requirements are as follows: You must provide a $1 million capital investment, $500,000 in a TEA; the investment must be made in a for-profit U.S. commercial entity; finally, the investment must create 10 full-time U.S. jobs for two years.
+ Am I eligible?
Ask yourself these questions: Do I have $500,000 to invest for around 5 years? Do I have $50,000 cash available for Administrative Fees?
Can I accept that USCIS needs potentially 20 months to approve and deliver my green card? Do I like the thought that my investment is secured by ownership of residential properties on the East Coast of the US?
If you answered YES to all these questions, you should be eligible for EB-5 and our EB-5 projects should work for you!
+ What are the costs?
The total costs associated with the EB-5 investment process include three distinct phases, associated with each petition filing: I-526 (Phase I), I-485 (Phase II), and I-829 (Phase III). After all is said and done, you’re looking at a $500,000 investment, an estimated $83,940 in fees, and 58-60 months in total processing time.*
