This is a time-sensitive EB-5 alert:

Over the weekend, President Trump signed a short-term spending bill to temporarily end the U.S. government shutdown. The “Further Additional Continuing Appropriation Act, 2019” is a continuing resolution (CR) that provides current-year budget appropriations through Feb. 15, 2019. In addition to opening the shut-down portions of the U.S. government, the Continuing Resolution authorizes the EB-5 Regional Center Program to resume operations through the end of the three-week appropriation.

As we learn more leading up to the next sunset date of February 15, we will keep you informed of progress made on a long-term reauthorization of the Program.
